Rise up and Overcome ? What is your motivation to be fit ?

If your not motivated by something to be fit , your not going to stick with it . You have to determine your motivation . I always tell my patrons to decide what motivates them and hang something that reminds you of that motivation . For example , ladies if you have a special dress you want to fit in for a wedding this summer? Hang in plane site in your room so that you will see it on a daily basis . Is there some kind of competitive event or race you are training for ? Print out a flyer  and post it in your room , your fridge or cubicle at work .  This will serve as a constant reminder for you to make it the gym on days were your motivation might be lacking .
